1 )Prior to arrival the clients need to send us their flight information and specific time of arrival via email to pavelalterinc@aol.com.

2 ) On arrival the clients have to call the phone number below from the airport to confirm their arrival.

3 ) They go directly to the apartment located 436 west 49th street between 9 and 10 avenue, Eric will be waiting for them in front of the building to give them the keys and show them the apartment.

4 ) Check in 3 PM - Check out 11 am.
