Hilton Head Oceanfront Villas are located directly on the beach of the Atlantic Ocean at various properties. All villas have a great view of the ocean and are just steps away from the beach. Within walking distance or a short drive away are many restaurants, shops and activities for the whole family. Amenities include separate living and sleeping area(s), full kitchen with all appliances and cooking/eating utensils, balcony, laundry facility and on-site pool. Activities available nearby include golf, tennis, biking, water sports, fishing, boating and a variety of different tours. Pets are not permitted. All villas are non-smoking. Guests must check in at th office of Hilton Head Rentals and Sales at 61 Arrow Road, Ste. A on Hilton Head. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. Keys and directions will be given at check-in office. Office hours are Monday-Saturday 10:00-5:00 and Sunday 11:00-3:00. If arriving after business hours, a package will be left in a locked box. The Studios at the Village at Palmetto Dunes are located within a tranquil environment with mature landscaping, majestic oaks and magnolias. The small community is situated between the tennis center and the Trent Jones golf course and along the Palmetto Dunes waterway. It is just a few minutes walk from the beach along a picturesque waterside path and is near the island bike path. A free on-demand shuttle operates in the summer, which can take guests across to the Shelter Cove area for shopping, dining, entertainment and even fireworks in the summer, as well as to other locations in Palmetto Dunes. The Park Lane Hotel is Located just 2.5 miles from the public beach. All rooms include a full kitchen refrigerators hairdryer and irons with ironing boards. The hotel does offer free internet access- high speed wireless. Free breakfast is included with your stay. The hotel does have lofts to rent on a nightly basis. We so have an outdoor pool and a shuttle Van to take you to the beach. There are several shops restaurants golf and water sports nearby.
