Robert and Andrea Leeds Howard, owners of a racehorse Sea biscuit took possession of it next giving it a new identity and a new name. There is a resort charge of $22 per room, per night, that includes self parking during the week, valet on weekends, wireless internet, daily newspaper and poolside morning coffee prior to 9am; there is also a utility charge of $1.25 per room, per night. A fee of $100 will be charged for pets.
