Cleaning Fees: Hotel Room $70 and Two Bedroom $95. Cleaning fee will be charged by the front desk at check in to the guests credit card. The clean fees are taxable and are per room booked.

Golf carts not registered with Sandestin Owner Association, motorcycles, motorized scooters, RV's, boat trailers, motor homes, campers and busses are prohibited on the resort premises. The Tennis Villas are located within the Tops'l Beach Resort, ranked one of the best tennis resorts in the world. Each unit has furnished kitchen, private patio, or balcony and carport. There is a TV, VCR, and washer and dryer in each unit.
