A $75 refundable deposit is required at check-in. If there is no damage upon check-out, the deposit will be returned. A separate $80 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required at check-in. Registered service animals are not subject to Hotel Provider's pet policy and are not subject to any security deposit for their animal. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their pet and for all personal injuries and/or property damage related to their pets. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Hotel Provider, its employees and its respective affiliates, harmless from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pets.
