Drive directly to the Pono Kai Resort and go directly to your assigned unit located on your confirmation. Property runs on a lock box system for all check-ins. Please follow the following instructions:



Your room key is located in a lock box by the door of the unit.



If lock box information is not available at check-in, please call our Guest Service Center at 888-315-6453, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For late check-ins, including some holidays call 808-264-2454; and our emergency staff member will assist with check-in.



Stop at the Front desk to get your parking pass and pool key. Front desk is open 24 hours.

1) Head northwest on Ninini Point St toward HI-51/Kapule Hwy (1.1 mi)



2) Turn right at HI-51/Kapule Hwy (2.1 mi)



3) Slight right at HI-56/Kuhio Hwy; Continue to follow Kuhio Hwy (5.6 mi)



4) Turn right at Pono Kai Resort entrance (4-1250 Kuhio Hwy.)
