The Cottages consist of 24 newly renovated cottages with one, two and three bedrooms; studio cottages are also available. Ideal for couples and families, the Cottages are located in the heart of Nantucket Town and offer waterfront locations or water views. The Cottages at the Boat Basin are located directly on the docks at Swain's Wharf and Old South Wharf. Surrounded by the beautiful harbor waters, these Cottages are usually stand alones or part of a duplex.

The Beachside offers the perfect getaway spot for family vacations as well as wedding parties, reunions, corporate retreats and conferences. There is a heated outdoor pool on the grounds, and tennis courts are located at Jetties Beach. The hotel consists of 90 guest rooms, including 4 deluxe rooms and one 2-bedroom suite.
