Please note, the front desk and the housekeeping service schedule is run 24 hours a day. This is a smoke-free property. Rates are based on double occupancy. USD 10.00 nightly per person fee will apply after the first two guests and be collected at the time of booking. A USD 7.00 daily per person resort fee will be collected at check-in. There is a USD 100.00 per person refundable cash deposit required if you are under 25 years old. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 11am. Special requests- floor levels, bedding size, or smoking preference- are subject to availability upon check-in, may incur additional charges and cannot be guaranteed. Min. age at check-in is 21. Bay Watch will accept pets in the off-season October 1st - March 31st$15 per night/per pet charge collected at check-in, 20 lbs weight limit per pet, Carriers are recommended in the event you must leave your pet alone in the guest room, Pets must be on leash when in public areas, Pets are not permitted in pool or restaurant areas. Bay Watch Resort Conference Center is entirely smoke free. There will be a cleaning charge of $150 to guest if room requires a deep cleaning due to smoking.
