Reservation Guarantee and Cancellation Policies: All reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking. Please be advised that reservations made arriving May 25, 2012-September 16, 2012 as well as January 25 26, 2013 a charge of 1 night's lodging will be applied to the credit card 30 days prior to the arrival date as guarantee on the reservation. Guest must cancel 7 days prior to arrival date to avoid a cancel penalty of one nights lodging. If cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival guest will receive refund on advance deposit minus a $10.00 USD non-refundable service fee. If reservation is made within 30 days prior to arrival credit card will be charged immediately. Reservations are guaranteed for the entire period reserved, early departures will be charged the remaining nights of their original guaranteed reservation. Canine friendly- $25 non- refundable fee and deposit paid. Must register pet with guest services.
