The minimum age to rent a guest room is 21 years old. Guests 17 and under stay free in same room with parent or adult, if utilizing existing bedding. Room rates listed are per room, for up to four adults, using existing bedding. European Plan applies (meals are not included). All rates are subject to change without prior notice.



The Riviera Palm Springs has a mandatory resort charge of $25 USD. An extra guest fee does apply for any 3rd or 4th guest at a cost of 25 USD per additional person.plus occupancy tax, per evening. Valet parking is available for $15 per vehicle, per night. Rollaway Bed pricing is $50 per day.

Ace Hotel Swim Club in Palm Springs is a 4.5 acre resort propertythat features a diner, bar, spa, two pools, a large event space and180 rooms.
