The purchase of the damage waiver is $40.00, or a charge to a credit card of $250.00 upon check in. The $40.00 is non-refundable once the guest has check in. The $ 250.00 will be credited back to the credit card within 30 days of departure.

Cancelation policy:For normal dates (no holidays or special events) there is a 7 day cancelation policy. Canceling after making reservation is $45. Canceling within 7 days of arrival date is the first night's room tax plus $45. Holidays and special events have a 10 day cancelation policy.
