Effective January 1, 2011 the Resort Fee will change to $28.00 + tax per night. The daily service fee will be added to your final check-out invoice and includes: Gratuities for front desk, bellmen, valet and housekeeping staff; daily use of the fitness center and Alvadora Spa facilities (steam room, etc.); in-room coffee; valet parking; twice daily housekeeping service; wireless internet access; use of the business center; daily newspaper; local telephone calls and up to four incoming faxes.

The Oasis water park features seasonal hours. It is open 7 days a week President's Day through Labor Day and then weekends only in September and October. It is closed November through February. When the Oasis water park is open a $40 resort fee will apply that includes 4 wrist bands to the park as well as internet access during your stay.

NOTE: Guests must be at least 16 years of age to use the Athletic Club and guests must be at least 48 or taller to ride water slides.
