In the November 2008 Pitkin County election the voters authorized a tax increase of .5%, ½ of 1%, to the county tax. This tax goes into effect January 1, 2009. For guests that arrive on or after January 1, the new sales tax is applicable, even if the booking was made online before January 1 - so the property will be happy to collect the difference at the front desk.

PLEASE NOTE: At check-in each condominium reservation is charged a damage waiver of $39.00 per stay. With this fee, Destination Resorts Snowmass will waive all claims for accidental damage to the unit and any property originally contained therein, which occurs during the guest stay, up to $3,000.00.

Summer Housekeeping - Stays of 6 nights or less will receive a departure clean; stays 7 nights or more will receive a mid stay clean. Additional housekeeping services are provided at check-in.
