The Ski-In/Ski-Out Ptarmigan Inn is located at the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, just 50 yards uphill from the gondola. Ptarmigan Inn is a 100% smoke-free hotel, offering outdoor heated pool and hot tub, sauna, and a SportStalker Ski Shop with complimentary ski storage on-site. Rooms feature in-room refrigerators, coffee makers, remote color cable televisions with VCRs and high speed Internet access.

The Snowbird Restaurant and Lounge, located slopeside in the hotel, allows you to dine while you watch the skiers go by. Apres ski in our lounge with daily happy hour. The hotel's swimming pool is closed seasonally from approximately September 25 to November 24 every year. The hot tub will remain open during this time.
