Located ocean front in the Waikoloa Beach Resort, the new villas at Kolea truly enbody qualities beyond compare in a Hawaii vacation condominium. Two bedroom villas are exquisitely furnished in refined style. Guest Arrival and Departure: Check in and check out at Outrigger Condominium Collection at the Kings' Shops, 250 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Suite B13. We highly recommend that guests rent a car. One complimentary parking stall is available for each unit, on site.

The Aston Waikoloa Colony Villas are home to a luxurious lifestyle within the exclusive Waikoloa Resort Area. Located on the 10th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, this resort is a golfer's paradise. The villas also offer stunning views of Mauna Kea and the Big Island's world-famous lava fields.
The front desk is open daily from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. When guests arrive at the property they can dial 169 on the keypad to call the front desk.
To better serve our guests arriving after 6:00pm, we would like to clarify our after-hours check-in policy:
Upon arrival, drive up to the call box in front of the entry gate.
Press 180 on the phone key pad. This will connect you to our after-hours guest service agent. Provide name of the registered guest.
Upon verification, guest service agent will provide the lock box code to retrieve your key and room information, and the gate will open.
Proceed to the Front Office, located directly inside the gate on your left.
There will be a lock box on the right-hand side of the front door. Input the code given by the guest service agent and open the lock box.
Take the appropriate envelope with the registered guest's name on it. The envelope will contain guest key, villa number and a map to your villa.

Please stop by the front desk the following morning to complete the registration process. The Front Office is open daily from 8:00am - 6:00pm (Hawaii Standard Time).

Guests of Outrigger Fairway Villas check in at the Outrigger Condominium Collection guest service office in the Kings' Shops, located in building B on the second level, across from the stage. Outrigger Fairway Villas front desk is open daily from 9am until 7pm. Any guests arriving after that time should contact Outrigger Fairway Villas on the day of arrival so alternate arrangements can be made.
