Midwest has a two-tier policy. If you find a lower fare available from Midwest within 7 days of purchasing your ticket you are eligible for a "transportation" voucher that covers the entire fare difference. If you purchased the ticket 8 or more days before you found the lower fare, you are still eligible for a voucher. However, you must pay the $100 change fee first.
To obtain the refund you must call Midwest Airlines Reservations: 1-800-452-2022.
If the passenger requests a refund no more than seven days after the initial date of purchase, Midwest will refund the entire difference in the form of a Transportation voucher. If the passenger requests a refund eight days or more after the initial date of purchase, Midwest will issue a transportation voucher less the applicable change fee associated with the type of fare purchased. If the change fee is greater than the fare reduction, no refund will be given.
The following details must also be met:
A $100 administrative fee will only be charged for any changes that impact your original departure date or time - not for re-issuing the same ticket at a lower available fare within the first seven days of purchasing the ticket. If you would like to change the name on the ticket, there would an additional $50 fee.
