There are several reasons why a "Tag it with Yapta" button may not appear on the airlines website. Here are few troubleshooting ideas:
- Double-check that you're logged into your Yapta account
- Confirm that you're searching for flights on a Yapta-supported website Click here for a list
- Make sure you've selected an outbound flight. (Tags won't appear next to the return trips unless you've selected an outbound flight)
- Check to make sure you are using Internet Explorer 6 or 7 or Firefox 1 or 2.
- If you are using Internet Explorer and it is a version that came with your Internet Service Provider it may be a branded version. We've noticed that the software does not always work correctly with the branded versions of the software.
