The new program allows customers who have prepaid for a hotel room and find a find the same room available for a lower price on any site, including Orbitz, can receive a refund for the difference and a $50 discount on a future booking at Orbitz. Customers are allowed to submit claims right up to the time of the time of the property's cancellation deadline.
