What does it mean when a trip is "Untrackable"?

"Untrackable" flights are shown for a variety of reasons, including:

1.    The flight number may have changed
2.    The flight schedule may have changed
3.    The flight may have been cancelled

Yapta will let you know when your flights become “untrackable” in an email alert.  Within that alert, Yapta will also suggest up to 3 similar flights for you to begin tracking and will automatically add them to your “MyTrips” page on Yapta.com.   (In the event of a schedule or flight number change, 1 of these suggested flights may indeed be the new flight that you had originally tracked.)  If you’re not satisfied with the flights that we suggest, you can always delete them from your “MyTrips” page and search for alternative flights on your own at: http://www.yapta.com/search/

** NOTE:  We will not suggest new flights for "untrackable" itineraries that you have purchased.  Instead, we suggest you contact the airline directly for assistance.
