Flights

The system tells me flight is sold out or invalid when I enter it. What do I do?

If you receive an error message when entering a flight into your account, check with the airline that nothing has changed about your flight (i.e. flight number changes, etc.).  If nothing has changed and you continue to get this error message we will be glad to help you get your flight into the system.

 Please send the following information to feedback@yapta.com Airline, flight numbers, dates, departure/destination, number of tickets purchased and the price per ticket.  We'll then do our best to get that flight entered into your account.
