What is The Yapta Tracker?

The Yapta Tracker is a lightweight application that occasionally checks airline websites for the latest prices for flights you're tracking with Yapta. It is not spyware and does not communicate any personal information. It simply does the work to make sure you're getting the best deal on airfare.

How can I tell it's running?

You can see the Yapta icon in your System Tray (down there in the lower right). If it's there, its doing it's thing.

Do I need to run the Yapta Tracker?

Running the Yapta Tracker ensures that you, and the rest of the Yapta Community are getting accurate, up to the minute airline pricing. But if you would like to turn it off, simply double-click (or right-click) on the Yapta icon which will bring up the Yapta Tracker settings.
